From booking to gate photo — here's exactly what to expect when you work with The Brown Retriever.

STEP 1 — BOOK ONLINE

Head to our booking page and pick your plan. Tell us about your dog, your yard, and gate access. The whole thing takes under two minutes. You'll get a confirmation immediately and your first visit will be scheduled for your chosen day.

STEP 2 — WE TEXT BEFORE WE ARRIVE

You'll receive a text 30-60 minutes before we show up. This gives you time to bring your dog inside. All dogs must be secured indoors during every visit — no exceptions. This protects your dog from escape risk and keeps our team safe.

STEP 3 — WE GET TO WORK

Our technician works through your entire yard using professional-grade equipment. Every tool is disinfected with kennel-grade solution between every single property. We don't rush and we don't cut corners.

STEP 4 — GATE PHOTO

The moment we're done we photograph your secured gate and text it to you. This is your confirmation that the gate is closed, the job is done, and your yard is clean.

STEP 5 — SEE YOU NEXT WEEK

THE DOG SAFETY POLICY

We love dogs. Which is exactly why we have a strict safety policy.

All dogs must be secured inside the home during every visit — no exceptions. This applies regardless of breed, size, or temperament. Gates are open during service which creates an escape risk, and even the friendliest dogs can react unpredictably to strangers with equipment.

You'll always get a 30-60 minute heads up so you have plenty of time to get them inside. Three skipped visits due to dogs in the yard may result in removal from our route.
