Nope. As long as your gate is accessible and your dogs are inside, we take care of everything. You'll get a text before we arrive and a gate photo when we're done.

All service visits happen on your scheduled day of the week. You'll receive a text 30-60 minutes before we arrive so you have plenty of time to bring your dogs inside.

We won't enter the yard. For everyone's safety — yours, your dog's, and ours — all dogs must be secured inside during every visit. If we can't access the yard we'll note it and move on. Three skipped visits due to dogs in the yard may result in removal from our route.

We double bag everything and place it directly in your trash bin. Clean, contained, and gone on your next trash day. You never have to touch it.

Yes. Rain, cold, and snow don't stop us. We're on your schedule year-round. If extreme weather ever forces a delay we'll reach out directly to reschedule.

No problem. We just need 30 days notice before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees and no penalties. Pause requests are handled case by case — just reach out.

Every visit ends with a gate photo texted directly to you. That's your confirmation — gate closed, job done, yard clean.

Our standard service covers residential yards up to 1 acre. If your yard is larger than that reach out before booking and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

All recurring plans are billed monthly. Your weekly rate is multiplied by the number of visits that month. Billing runs on the 1st of each month through Squarespace Payments — no invoices, no chasing.

Never. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and locked in for the year — your rate never increases as long as you stay on an annual plan.

Same service, same day, same everything. The annual plan gives you one month free and locks your rate in for life. Monthly plan rates may increase with 30 days notice. Your annual rate never will.
